Fees for the 2018-2019 conference are as follows (note that financial assistance is available):

  • $310 per student (four students per hotel room)
  • $345 adult (double); $405 adult (single)

Program fees include hotel accommodations for two nights (Friday & Saturday), seven meals (Friday: lunch & dinner; Saturday: breakfast, lunch, & dinner; Sunday: breakfast & boxed lunch), and conference materials (manuals, t-shirts, etc.). All fees should be paid with one check per delegation.
