In the International Criminal Court (ICC), delegates collaborate in teams to prosecute or defend those accused of genocide, crimes against humanity, or war crimes. When a team’s case is not being heard, delegates act as judges for the other cases being debated by the ICC. Delegates at Y-MUN II are not required to prepare for the ICC prior to conference and will not receive an assigned case or team prior to arriving at conference. However, delegates are encouraged to become familiar with the case summaries and the Rome Statute.
